One Year Checkup

For those of you who care, we went in for Brynlee's one year checkup today.  Her stats are:

Weight - 21 lb 10 oz (upper 50th %)
Height - 31 in (97th %)
Head - 18 3/4 (97th %)

She did really good this time.  She usually is very shy with other people, but she did better.  The shots were another story, but we made it.

We finally switched carseats the other day and it was just in time (ours was rated until 30 inches).  She's still rear facing, but her seat is like a fancy recliner...kind of ridiculous.

St. Jude Memphis Marathon

About three weeks ago, I did the St. Jude's Memphis Marathon.  It was fun (as much fun as it can be), but pretty disappointing.  I hurt my leg a few weeks before and I got mastitis the week before, so I wasn't feeling great.  I was still okay with my time...around 4:27.  Rebekkah and LeAnn finished around 4:19 (don't worry, I made them leave me part way through).  It was different, but still enjoyable to run some of the race by myself.  I was hurting so bad I didn't want to talk much anyway.

After the race, we went up to Jonesboro to visit Bobby and Adrienne and see their new house.   Uncle Bobby is pretty cool and lets the girls play with his iphone.
